TRAINING FOR ALL THINGS PRO DANCE
PRO FOCUS is a unique training platform that utilizes small group accountability and multiple styles from top NFL and NBA choreographers.
Regardless of where you live, we have groups that meet either in person or virtually. This program is designed to get you ready for any and all pro team auditions! From soccer to hockey, basketball to football, whatever your dream is - we want to get you there! We are a one-stop shop for audition prep.
Instead of just focusing on style and dance we focus on: presence, stamina, kick technique, performance, mindset and confidence, health, hair and makeup skills, and key interview prep. You will be head-to-toe, inside-out ready for auditions!
